The Thatch
Umbrella at the staffroom had a much needed facelift in March.

Nets received a face lift in November 2011.

We are busy
grassing the pavements to complement our walls.
GRADE
2 PLAYGROUND
Our Grade 2
pupils had a revamp of their playground with a Jungle Gym, slide, swings and
matting being added in 2011.
There's a
great view from up here!
The dust is
also gone!
SPEED
BUMPS & PUPIL SAFETY
The
Municipality kindly answered our pleas to have additional traffic calming
measures put in place around our school.
Speed Bumps
have been added to the pedestrian crossings in Sheila Street, Lily Avenue and
Park Street.
Now the
cars have to STOP and proceed slowly!
The School
has also erected boom type stop signage to assist our scholar patrols.

PAVING
A big thank you to a parent, Kevin Thomson, who kindly came and re-laid some brick paving near the tuckshop that was lifting.
Back to being brand new!
DRINKING
FOUNTAINS
We had a
drinking fountain installed in the Grade 1 playground.
The
courtyard boasts a new fountain as well.
